The restaurants offer varied themed nights, such as a BBQ night. The menu has also been carefully created by award winning head chef, Philip Lochmann, who has achieved two Gault & Millau toques. Much of the dishes available include ingredients such as mountain pine honey, which is collected from right outside of the hotel. It is not only super fresh but also very sustainable too.
